Orders and contact
Stripe collects payment and billing information and the business website URLs provided during checkout. We use order details made available to us to verify scope, prepare and email reports, answer questions, and keep required financial records. Do not submit passwords or confidential login credentials.
Website operation
This site has no customer account forms and does not directly accept payment card details. Our infrastructure may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, for delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. We do not include advertising pixels in the site pages.
Providers and retention
We use Cloudflare to serve the website, Stripe to process payments, and hosting and email providers to conduct and deliver research. We keep information as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, preventing misuse, and legally required accounting. We do not sell customer research requests to advertisers.
Your requests
Contact us about your data or to request deletion of details we are not required to retain. Use the active mailbox listed on our contact page.
