Service and price

For $99 USD, TraceHeron prepares a one-time competitor snapshot using your website and up to three competitor pages supplied during checkout. Your PDF includes dated source-linked findings, publicly visible differences when available, and three qualified recommendations. No recurring subscription is included.

Scope and limitations

Only appropriately accessible public pages are in scope. We do not bypass logins, paywalls, access controls or website restrictions. Observations can become outdated; this report is not a comprehensive market study or a promise of financial results.

Delivery

We aim to email the sourced report within three business days after receiving a confirmed order and usable URLs. If a URL cannot be reviewed, we will request an alternative before starting that delivery window.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel before research starts, contact us promptly for a refund. If we cannot complete the agreed service and a reasonable replacement scope is not accepted, we will provide a full refund. If a delivered report contains a material factual error, contact us within seven days; we will investigate and correct substantiated errors or offer an appropriate remedy. Refund timing depends on your payment method and Stripe.

Merchant details

TraceHeron operates as a new service brand while our existing Stripe account may display Nexal Intelligence as merchant name or on card statements. Review the identity presented by Stripe before paying. We do not process payment card details on our website.
